A New Opportunity for Lakeview, Nuevo and Surrounding Communities

If you are supportive of the Villages of Lakeview project, please provide your information and indicate which form of support you would be interested in taking. We will keep you informed  with updates and new developments regarding the project.

The Villages of Lakeview will be built in four phases over the next 25 years and will include approximately 8,725 homes.

The Villages of Lakeview is a new master planned community comprised of seven distinct residential villages, parks, open space, trails, a community center, shopping and office space on 2,883 acres in Nuevo, CA.

Community Improvements

This project provides approximately $100 million in transportation improvements or fees to invest in local roads and highways, which will go a long way in helping to reduce traffic congestion.

The Villages of Lakeview would provide a vital injection of over $2 billion in economic benefits to the surrounding community, including funding for a new high school, and three new elementary and middle schools.

The Villages of Lakeview will enhance local road conditions in the community by improving local streets and adding traffic signals where they are lacking. This will help alleviate traffic, and make crossing roads safer for our families.

Project fees will be dedicated to increased police and fire services.

Economic Benefits

A major part of The Villages of Lakeview is the development of neighborhood shopping centers anchored by grocery stores and other small, service based businesses - which will help to create over 1,000 permanent new jobs.

In addition, the construction of the Villages of Lakeview will create thousands of new jobs, and inject millions of dollars into the local economy.

Healthy, Sustainable Communities

Approximately 40% of the project is dedicated to the conservation of the Lakeview Mountains and lands adjacent to the San Jacinto Wildlife Area, forming a sizeable barrier between the Villages of Lakeview and the wildlife area.

There will also be 138 acres of agricultural preserve, 79 acres of parks, 32 miles of trails and paseos on site, and 5 miles of equestrian trails off site.
